It's a good thing I didn't want to raise her gender neutral because she's the girliest baby ever. Her little finger is raised here to delicately play with the pretty ribbons. You should hear her cry. She didn't get that voice from me. It's like... well, it's like the whippet's voice here around 2:40 or so. Sometimes a really loud, angry version of that but nonetheless...
Doesn't she look like a sleepy little animal here? Like a kitten?
This is my all time favorite picture. I especially appreciate the contrast between Carter's smiling face and her spastic, wrinkled grimace of frustration and anger. Hilarious.
