Me: Did you read the blog today?

Hub: Yep.

Me: Did you see the Ben Folds post?

Hub: Yep.

Me: Did you watch the video?

Hub: Nope. I don't watch that animal junk.

Me: I know. I know. But it was really sweet.

Hub: What was it? A Ben Folds video? I don't care about that.

Me: No, it was a duck video.

Hub: (utter disdain) Did they play the song over some video of cute animals?

Me: (pause) Yes.

Hub: Sigh and rolled eyes. Good night.
